About the Role

Red X Talent is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff / Office of the CEO to work directly with our CEO and lead the company's Executive Office. This is one of the most trusted positions within the organization.

The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO's strategic and operational right hand, helping translate the CEO's priorities into action across the company while ensuring that the Executive Office operates at the highest level.

The role combines executive leadership, strategic coordination, special projects, communication, decision support, and management of the CEO's office.

The successful candidate will have significant exposure to Red X Talent's global operations, talent, clients, partners, senior leadership, and international expansion.

This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving global environment.

Frequent travel with the Chairman & CEO is an essential part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:
Office of the CEO
-Lead the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Chairman & CEO.
-Serve as the principal organizational liaison between the CEO and the wider company.
-Ensure the CEO's priorities, decisions, and directives are communicated and executed across the organization.
-Determine which matters require the CEO's attention and which can be handled independently or delegated.
-Maintain visibility across major company priorities, risks, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
-Ensure appropriate follow-up on commitments made during executive meetings.
-Prepare the CEO for important meetings, negotiations, presentations, events, and decisions.
-Provide concise briefings, recommendations, and relevant background information to support CEO decision-making.
-Strategic Execution
-Work with the CEO to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.
-Drive special projects on behalf of the CEO across departments and international markets.
-Follow up with executives and department leaders on deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
-Identify operational gaps and escalate matters requiring executive intervention.
-Help convert high-level CEO direction into clear responsibilities and execution plans.
-Represent the CEO's office in selected internal meetings where appropriate.
-Coordinate initiatives involving multiple departments or regions.
-Support corporate expansion, partnerships, organizational development, and other strategic projects.
-Executive Office Leadership
-Manage and develop the Executive Office team.
-Directly oversee Executive Assistants supporting the Chairman & CEO.
-Establish Executive Office procedures, standards, priorities, and responsibilities.
-Allocate responsibilities across the Executive Office based on business needs.
-Maintain a consistently high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and organization.
-Ensure seamless CEO coverage across multiple countries and time zones.
-Review and prioritize incoming requests for the CEO's time and involvement.
-Coordinate closely with senior leadership on matters involving the CEO.
-Executive Scheduling & Travel Oversight

While Executive Assistants will manage much of the administrative execution, the Chief of Staff will maintain overall responsibility for ensuring the CEO's schedule reflects the company's strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include:
-Oversee the CEO's complex global calendar and scheduling priorities.
-Determine the appropriate allocation of CEO time across internal leadership, clients, talent, partners, travel, events, and strategic initiatives.
-Oversee domestic and international travel planning.
-Travel alongside the CEO when required.
-Coordinate closely with Executive Assistants regarding itineraries, meetings, transportation, accommodation, and other logistical requirements.
-Manage last-minute changes and high-priority schedule conflicts.
-Ensure the CEO is appropriately briefed throughout travel and major business engagements.

Communication & Stakeholder Management
-Act as a trusted point of contact for senior executives, employees, clients, talent, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
-Coordinate sensitive and high-priority communications involving the Chairman & CEO.
-Draft or review executive correspondence, internal communications, presentations, briefing materials, and talking points.
-Ensure matters directed to the CEO are appropriately prioritized and responded to.
-Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO Office.
-Handle highly confidential business and personal information with absolute discretion.

Decision-Making Authority
The Chief of Staff / Head of the CEO Office will be expected to exercise significant independent judgment.

The role may make decisions regarding:
-Executive Office priorities.
-CEO scheduling and access.
-Meeting prioritization.
-Delegation of matters to relevant departments.
-Executive Office processes.
-Assignment of responsibilities within the Executive Office.
-Escalation of issues requiring CEO involvement.
-Coordination between departments on CEO-directed initiatives.

The Chief of Staff should be comfortable making decisions without requiring CEO approval on every operational matter while understanding when direct CEO involvement is necessary.

Red X Talent offers a highly competitive compensation package reflecting the seniority, trust, responsibility, and international nature of this position.

-Working With the Chairman & CEO

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Chairman & CEO and will have visibility into some of the company's most important decisions, relationships, opportunities, and challenges.

As a result, the position requires an exceptional level of trust.

The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a role where priorities may change rapidly, international travel can occur frequently, and important matters may arise outside conventional working hours.

The Chief of Staff should be capable of understanding the CEO's priorities sufficiently well to anticipate needs, protect the CEO's time, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and ensure the organization continues moving forward even when the CEO is unavailable.

The position is therefore significantly broader than traditional executive support.

It is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the Office of the Chairman & CEO operates effectively and that the CEO's priorities translate into action throughout Red X Talent.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Head of Executive Office, senior executive operator, senior Executive Assistant, strategy professional, or similar role.

  • Experience working directly with a CEO, founder, Chairman, senior executive, or high-profile principal.

  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making ability.

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and project-management ability.

  • Strong commercial and business understanding.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
