About the Role

The Account Coordinator role supports the client services team. This role collaborates with teams across the agency to tell stories, pursue the best ROI, and drive exciting content on social media platforms. Passionate team players, the Account Coordinators are excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills. They are detail-oriented and thrive in a multi-tasking environment. The Account Coordinator will be provided with opportunities to develop and enhance foundational skills in influencer and social media marketing and will consistently look for ways to proactively assist the team to ensure each account is running seamlessly by checking every last detail on a day-to-day basis. The primary responsibility of Account Coordinators is to help an organisation attract and retain clients through excellent customer service and comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services

Your day-to-day:
-Finding new clients and building lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable products or services to improve satisfaction
-Supports the execution of day-to-day account management duties and help with influencer campaigns from one-off executions to long-term, relationship-based programs.
- Work with influencers to create engaging, authentic content on behalf of brands.
- Maintain strong relationships with brands across a variety of verticals.
- Assist in the building of client presentations.
-Working with internal teams for effective customer service before and after closing sales
-Conducting market and competitor research
-Resolving customer complaints and concerns and reporting their feedback to sales, marketing and product development teams
-Researching prospective and existing clients for a better understanding of their needs
-Monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results

Requirements

  • At least five (2) years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role

  • Experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, different tiers and segments

  • Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape

  • Experience in creating social media content and driving measurement efforts for social, digital or influencer programs including calculating benchmarks, engagement rates, synthesizing data

  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
